Privacy Policy
At Kenzoryx S.A.S. ("Kenzoryx", "we") we process your personal data in accordance with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, its regulatory rules and the applicable provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

2. Data we collect
We collect identification and contact data that you voluntarily provide (name and email) and technical data generated by the use of the site (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, referrer and access date and time).
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data to: (i) manage your information request; (ii) send you informational communications related to the service; (iii) measure the use of the site and improve the experience; (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the free, express and informed consent you grant when submitting the form, as well as on Kenzoryx's legitimate interest in operating and improving the site, and on compliance with legal obligations.
5. Retention
We retain data while our relationship with you lasts and for applicable statutory limitation periods. Data used for analytical purposes is retained for a maximum of 26 months.
6. International transfers
If we transfer data outside Argentina, we apply the safeguards provided by Law No. 25,326 and by Provision 60/2016 of the former National Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data, or the instrument that replaces it.
7. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion by writing to privacy@kenzoryx.com. The data subject may exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven. The AAIP is the supervisory authority and you may file claims before it.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. Our providers are contractually bound to the same standards.
